摘  要:目的观察钢缆螺钉固定系统(Cable-Pin系统)治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年l0月~2013年9月,利用Cable-Pin系统治疗髌骨骨折38例,男20例,女18例;年龄22~72岁,平均(50.3±2.4)岁。术后随访12~18个月,平均(14.5±1.6)个月,观察骨折愈合情况,记录术后并发症,以Bostman评分标准评定关节功能。结果本组38例患者,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,所有患者骨折均达到临床愈合标准,无1例出现骨折块移位、内固定松动或断裂,未出现固定物刺激皮肤等并发症。Bostman评分:优32例,良6例。结论以CablePin系统治疗髌骨骨折,固定可靠,并发症发生率低,膝关节功能恢复好,是治疗髌骨骨折的理想方法。Objective To study the effects of Cable-Pin system in treatment of patella fracture.Methods 38 patients with patella fracture were operated with Cable-pin system from October 2009 to September 2013 in our department.There were 20 males and 18 females.Their ages ranged from 22 to 72 years old,(50.3±2.4)years old on average.All the patients admitted to our hospital were treated with Cable-pin surgical treatment. Results The 38 patients were followed up from 12 to18 months,(14.5±1.6)months on average and obtained satisfactory healing.Fractures healed in all the patients without such complications as displacement of the fractures,loosening,breakage of the internal fixation,irritation of soft tissue and infection occurred. By the Boatman's criteria,restoration of the knee joint motion was excellent in 32 patients and good in 6 patients. Conclusion The Cable-Pin system is consistent with the principle of AO internal fixation,which is simple,effective,less invasive and fewer complications and allows early exercise.The result demonstrates that it is an easy,safe and effective method to cure patella fractures by using Cable-pin system.
