摘　　要：目的对开胸手术后并发心律失常的部分患者进行临床观察,对相关因素进行合理分析,并探讨有效的护理措施。方法收集65例行开胸手术后并发心律失常的患者,对患者实施护理干预。结果通过综合有效的护理干预,65例患者均痊愈出院。结论对于进行开胸手术的患者,术后密切监测生命体征,通过综合护理措施可有效控制心律失常的发生,提高患者的预后效果。Objective To observe and analyze the relevant factors of the patients with arrhythmia after thoracotomy,and explore effective nursing measures. Methods 65 patients with arrhythmia after thoracotomy were selected,and treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results 65 cases were cured and discharged through comprehensive effective nursing intervention. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively control the occurrence of arrhythmia,and improve the prognosis of patients after thoracotomy.
