摘　　要：目的分析ICU危重患者中应用纤维支气管镜的护理配合。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取我院自2014年6月~2015年6月收治的118例ICU危重患者的临床资料,按照护理方法分为对照组（58例,实施常规护理）和观察组（60例,实施优质护理）,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间（Hospitalization time）短于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组并发症（Complication）发生率（3.33%）低于对照组（13.79%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=29.512,P=0.002〈0.05）;观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（82.76%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=14.685,P=0.029〈0.05）。结论 ICU危重患者中应用纤维支气管镜给予优质护理,可缩短住院时间、改善不良情绪、提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze nursing cooperation of fiberbronchoscope for ICU patient. Methods Clinical data for 118 cases of ICU patients admitted in our hospital from Jun 2014 to June 2015 were selected for this study,divided into control group with normal nursing（58 case）and observation group with high quality nursing（60 case）,compared the nursing effect for the two groups. Results Hospitalization time for observation group was shorter than control group,complication rate for observation group was 3.33% compared to control group 13.79%,which had significant difference（χ2=29.512,P = 0.002 0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group（96.67%） was higher than that in the control group（82.76%）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2= 14.685,P = 0.029 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing cooperation of fiberbronchoscope for ICU patient can shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction.
