多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多样性护理对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的应用价值。方法选取84例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用多样性护理方法,对比两组患者护理效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理方式能有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的预后情况。Objective To explore the application value of multiple nursing care for patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. Methods 84 cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional care methods,research group with multiple nursing,nursing effect was compared of two groups of patients. Results The study group the total efficiency and quality of life scores were significantly higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion Multiple nursing can effectively improve the clinical treatment of patients,and improve patient prognosis.
