护理干预在过敏性鼻炎患者依从性中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析护理干预措施对过敏性鼻炎患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择我院2012年1月~2014年3月门诊收治的过敏性鼻炎患者96例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,在常规治疗方案的基础上,对照组采用常规用药指导,观察组加用护理干预措施,比较两组患者的治疗依从性。结果观察组治疗依从性为87.50%,高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预措施应用于过敏性鼻炎患者,可以有效的提高患者的治疗依从性。Objective To analyze the nursing intervention measures on the effect of treatmenting patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Chose our hospital 96 cases of allergic rhinitis patients as the research object from January 2012 to March 2014,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 48 cases. On the basis of routine treatment,the control group using conventional medication guide, observation group with nursing intervention measures,then compared two groups of treatment compliance for patients. Results Observation group treatment compliance 87.50% was hgher than that of control group 68.75%, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention used in patients with allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients.
