健康教育对白血病患儿留置外周导入中心静脉置管术短期带管出院的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健康教育对白血病患儿留置外周导入中心静脉置管术（PICC）短期带管出院的影响。方法将2012年5月~2014年5月在我院治疗的白血病留置PICC短期带管出院的84例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和常规组,给予试验组实施健康教育,而常规组给予常规宣传教育护理,对比两组导管留置时间以及发生红肿、出血等不良症状的人数。结果试验组患儿平均留管时间短于常规组,且试验组中出现红肿、出血、疼痛以及敷料松脱的人数少于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予PICC患儿和家属相应的健康教育,能够有效缩短留管时间,降低并发症的发生,提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of health eductation on leukemia children with indwelling PICC for a short period after being discharged from hospital. Methods From May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital, 84 cases with leukemia were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group. Implementation of health education to test group and normal group was given conventional propaganda education care,compared two groups of catheter indwelling time and the number of adverse symptoms such as swelling,bleeding. Results Patients with an average indwelling catheter time in test group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group. In the experimental group,the number of red,bleeding,pain,and the number of dressing loose was less than the conventional group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Health education to the children and their parents can help shorten the time of indwelling catheter,reduce complications,and improve their quality of life.
