优质护理在冠心病患者中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析冠心病患者接受优质护理的临床效果。方法根据2013年8月~2014年8月我院的58例冠心病患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和研究组,均有29例。对照组使用常规护理,研究组使用优质护理,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果经过护理,研究组的临床满意度是93.10%,对照组的满意度是75.86%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病患者接受优质护理可以改善患者的治疗效果,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014,58 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into control group and study group,29 cases in each. The control group using conventional nursing,the research group used the high quality nursing,and the clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing,the clinical satisfaction of the research group was 93.10%,the satisfaction of the control group was 75.86%,the results were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients with high quality care can improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
