认知护理干预在改善斜视手术患儿心理状态及护理满意度中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究探讨护理干预对斜视患儿心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年5月我院收治90例进行斜视手术的患儿,并随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上采用认知护理干预措施,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组护理效果和护理满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论认知护理干预可以改善患儿的心理状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on psychological state of children with strabismus and nursing satisfaction. Methods From January 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital,60 cases of children with strabismus surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,and the study group used cognitive nursing care on the basis of intervention measures to compare the effect of two treatments. Results The study group care benefits and care satisfaction were significantly higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state of children,and improve nursing satisfaction.
