摘　　要：目的探讨家属参与护理模式对PICC家庭护理质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的PICC白血病患者66例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各33例,对照组实施常规PICC置管护理指导,观察组在对照组的基础上实施家属参与护理模式,并在出院后每周接受一次责任护士的电话随访。结果观察组导管留置时间长于对照组,且并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属参与护理模式可有效延长PICC置管时间,降低并发症发生率,提高PICC家庭护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of family members＇ participation in nursing care model on the quality of PICC family nursing. Methods A total of 66 cases of PICC leukemia patients admitted to our hospital as the object of study,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 33 cases each. The control group received conventional PICC nursing instruction,observation group based on the the control group,implemented the family participated nursing mode,and discharged from the hospital after each week by a nurse on duty telephone follow-up. Results The observation group of catheter indwelling timewas was longer than the control group,and the incidence of complications was less than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Family involvement in nursing mode can effectively prolong the time of PICC,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of PICC family nursing.
