摘　　要：目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎应用全程系统化护理的临床效果。方法将96例小儿喘息型肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程系统化护理,对比两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论全程系统化护理在氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎中有应用效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of application of full range systematic nursing in the children with asthmatic pneumonia for oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation. Methods 96 children with asthmatic pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was implemented full range systematic nursing on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Full range systematic nursing has application effect in the children with asthmatic pneumonia for oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation treatment. treatment and provides a good reference.
