摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者D型人格特征的发生情况。方法采用荷兰蒂尔堡大学、香港中文大学与中科院心理研究所共同制定的D型人格量表调查100例高血压患者的D型人格特征。结果 73%的高血压患者存在D型人格特征。在文化程度方面,高血压患者D型人格与非D型人格特征比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者D型人格特征的发生率较高,严重影响到高血压患者的康复和预后。Objective To investigate the incidence of Type D Personality in Patients with Hypertension. Methods Data from Tye D Personality Scale made from Tilburg University in Holland, Chinese University Hong Kong and Institute of Psychology from Chinese Academy of Sciences of 100 patients with Hypertension were analyzed. Results 73% patients had Type D Personality. Type D personality and non type D personality in Patients with Hypertension were significantly difference（P 0.05） in the cultural level. Conclusion There are high incidence of Type D Personality in Patients with Hypertension, which make bad influence on the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with Hypertension.
