摘　　要：目的评价980 nm红激光治疗前列腺增生的价值。方法甲组采用经尿道等离子双极前列腺切除(PKPP)治疗,乙组采用980 nm红激光治疗。结果两组术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、手术费用有差异,术前术后IPSS评分、最大尿流率、PVR组内的差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 980 nm红激光治疗前列腺增生效果较好。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 980 nm red laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Division I were treated with bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP）,Division Ⅱ were treated with 180 nm red laser. Results The amount of bleeding, postoperative bladder washing time, indwelling urinary catheter time, the time of indwelling catheter, the operation cost were significant difference between the two groups, two groups of IPSS score, maximum urinary flow rate, PVR difference, P 0.05. Conclusion 980 nm red laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
