左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年10月收治的盆腔炎患者80例作为本次的研究对象,按照入院时间分为研究组和常规组,每组患者均40例。常规组采取左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在此基础上加用替硝唑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且研究组患者治疗后的C-反应蛋白的改善情况优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎的临床效果好,可减轻患者疼痛感。Objective To explore the indications for levofloxacin combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease clinical effect. Methods Select our hospital in January 2013 ~ October 2014 of 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in October as the research object, according to admission time is divided into research group and routine group, 40 cases of patients in each group. Regular group treated with levofloxacin, add for the team on the basis of the indications of treatment, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Group total effective rate was significantly higher in patients with normal group, the more significant difference（P 0.05）; And the team after treatment in patients with the improvement of the C- reactive protein is obviously better than the conventional group, the more significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined for indications for treatment of pelvic inflammation, relieve patients＇ pain.
