丹蒌片联合硝酸酯制剂治疗慢性稳定性劳累心绞痛患者临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丹蒌片联合硝酸酯制剂治疗慢性稳定性劳累心绞痛患者临床疗效。方法 83例慢性稳定性劳累心绞痛患者,给予丹蒌片联合硝酸酯制剂治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察分析。结果患者治疗后的心排血量、每搏量、左室射血分数高于治疗前(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后胸痛、胸痹、气短、心悸、神疲乏力等中医症状比例降低(P<0.05)。本组患者在治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论对于慢性稳定性劳累心绞痛患者,给予丹蒌片联合硝酸酯制剂治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,安全,可靠,有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danlou tablets combined with nitrate preparation in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods 83 cases of chronic stable angina pectoris were given Danlou tablets combined with nitrate preparation treatment, its therapeutic effects were observed and analyzed. Results The cardiac output, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection fraction in patients after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment（P 0.05）; compared with before treatment, TCM symptoms such as chest pain, thoracic obstruction, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, physical and mental fatigue were significantly lower（P 0.05）. The group of patients did not appear serious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion For patients with chronic stable angina pectoris, Danlou tablets combined with nitrate preparation can effectively improve clinical symptoms, and it＇s safe, reliable and effective.
