摘　　要：目的血液气体和酸碱平衡分析原理及临床意义。方法强调酸碱失衡的判断必须结合病史、治疗情况及血清电解质等实验室检查结果进行综合分析,才能获得正确的结论。结果血液气体与酸碱平衡在维持人体生理机能上的重要意义。结论血气可以相当准确地反映许多疾病状态时体内缺氧和酸碱中毒情况,通过调节功能使血液中H+浓度保持在正常范围。Objective Analysis of blood gases and acid-base balance principle and its clinical significance. Methods Acid-base imbalance emphasize judgment must be combined with a history of treatment conditions and the results of laboratory tests of serum electrolytes such as a comprehensive analysis in order to obtain the correct conclusions. Results The blood gas and acid-base balance in maintaining the importance of human physiological function on. Conclusion The blood can be fairly accurately reflect the number of disease states in vivo hypoxia and acid poisoning occurs, through the regulatory function in the blood H＋ concentration is maintained in the normal range.
