摘　　要：目的探究分析医院多重耐药菌感染预防与隔离现状,并在现状基础上提出质量改进措施。方法对我院多重耐药菌感染预防与隔离现状进行问卷调查,了解现状并针对性的提出质量改进措施。结果医务人员的多重耐药菌感染预防和隔离意识明显提高,同时在执行力度上也有所提高。结论需要及时的采取质量改进措施,提高医务人员多重耐药菌感染的预防意识,促进感染患者的隔离治疗,降低医院多重耐药菌的感染率,改善患者的预后。Objective Analysis of multi-drug resistant hospital infections explore prevention and quarantine status quo, and quality improvement measures proposed on the basis of the status quo. Methods Our hospital multi-drug resistant infection prevention and quarantine status quo questionnaires to understand the status and relevance of the proposed quality improvement measures. Results Multiple drug-resistant infection prevention and medical staff awareness significantly improved isolation while on enforcement also increased. Conclusion The need to take timely measures to improve quality, increase medical staff multidrug-resistant infection prevention awareness, promote isolation and treatment of infected patients and reduce hospital infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria,improve patient outcomes.
