循证模式护理干预对手术室感染情况及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究循证模式护理干预对手术室感染情况及护理质量的影响。方法选择2013年5月~2014年6月进行手术的患者78例,随机将其分成两组,每组39例。对照组患者采用一般护理,护理组患者在对照组一般护理基础上加用循证模式护理,观察两组患者手术室感染情况及护理质量。结果护理后,护理组患者的手术室感染率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护理组患者的护理质量高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论用循证模式护理干预能有效的降低手术室感染几率,提高护理质量,改善患者生活水平。Objective To study the model of evidence-based nursing intervention to the operating room infection situation and the effect of nursing quality. Methods We chose 78 cases of the patients to our hospital for surgery in May 2013 ~ June 2014 and classified them into two groups at random, 39 cases in each group. Control group were treated by general nursing, nursing group were treated with the model of evidence-based nursing as well as the general nursing, comparing with the control group. Observe two groups of patients in the operating room infection situation and nursing quality. Results After treatment, patients in the operating room nursing infection was significantly lower than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;Quality of care nursing patient group were significantly higher, the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Using the model of evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the operating room infection risk, improve the quality of nursing, and improve the level of the patients life.
