摘　　要：目的分析护士分层护理管理在临床中的实施效果。方法选取五大科室86名护士为研究对象,实施护士分层管理,评价其实施效果。结果实施护士分层管理后,护理质量各指标评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);且实施后患者护理满意率、医生满意率、护理人员满意率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论护士分层护理管理在临床中的实施效果良好。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management in clinical practice. Methods 86 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the nurse stratified management was implemented to evaluate the effect of the nursing. Results After the implementation of nursing management, the quality of nursing care was higher than that of the former（P 0.05）, and the satisfaction rate of nursing satisfaction, satisfaction rate and satisfaction rate of nursing staff were higher than those before implementation（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing management in clinical nursing is significant.
