急性心梗并行再灌注治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析急性心肌梗死患者接受再灌注治疗的临床方式和效果。方法研究分析2011年1月~2012年12月我院接收的92例急性心肌梗死患者进行研究分析,探讨再灌注治疗的临床效果,将这些患者根据选择的不同治疗方式进行了分组,共有直接PCI组、易化PCI组和溶栓组三组,对这些患者接受治疗后血管开通率、并发症几率、出血和死亡率等进行对比分析。结果直接PCI组以及易化PCI组患者接受治疗后的血管开通率是100%,溶栓组的血管开通率是73.7%,直接PCI和易化PCI组患者没有严重并发症病例出现,溶栓组有严重并发症患者,共有5例,占该组总数的26.3%。结论直接PCI、易化PCI、溶栓治疗这三种再灌注治疗方式对急性心肌梗死患者均有效,但是直接PCI和易化PCI治疗后的并发症几率、死亡率均要低于溶栓治疗,所以临床中对急性心肌梗死患者使用再灌注治疗时,选择直接PCI治疗比较合适。Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in patients with acute myocardial infarction： Methods 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed to explore the clinical effect of reperfusion therapy from January 2011 to December 2012, we divided the patients according to the different treatment methods were divided into three groups, direct PCI group, easy PCI group and thrombolysis group, compared with the treatment of these patients with vascular patency, complications, bleeding and mortality. Results The direct PCI group and the PCI group were treated with the opening rate of the treated group was 100%, the rate of blood vessels in the thrombolysis group was 73.7%, and there were no serious complications in patients with PCI and PCI, and there were 5 patients with severe complications, accounting for 26.3% of the total. Conclusion Direct PCI, easy PCI, thrombolytic therapy for these three reperfusion therapy for acute myocardial infarction patients are effective, hut the complications of direct PCI and easy PCI treatment, the mortality rate is lower than that of thrombolytic therapy, so the clinical application of acute myocardial infarction patients with reperfusion therapy, choose direct PCI treatment is appropriate.
