腰痛的临床康复护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腰痛的康复护理措施。方法对2014年6月~2015年6月收治的腰痛患者21例临床康复护理方法资料进行分析。结果21例经康复治疗及护理,显效14例,好转6例,无效1例,有效率95.2%。结论通过对腰痛患者的护理,缓解疼痛,降低肌肉痉挛,增强肌力和脊柱稳定性,减轻腰椎负荷,起到保护腰椎间盘的作用。改善关节活动度,矫正姿势,改善功能。Objective To investigate the low back pain rehabilitation nursing. Methods 21 cases of low back pain patients treated by June 2014 to June 2015 were analyzed. Results In 21 cases, 14 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusion Patient care by low back pain, relieve pain, reduce muscle spasms, enhance muscle strength and spinal stability, reduce the lumbar load, play a protective role of lumbar intervertebral disc. Improve joint mobility, correct posture and improve function.
