游离拇指赘指移位再造指21例的护理

摘　　要：目的总结赘指移位再造术的护理方法,以提高救治护理水平。方法对我科2009~2014年21例游离拇指赘指移位再造指患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对患者术后采取常规护理,心理护理,疼痛护理,并发症护理等一系列护理措施。结果游离拇指赘指移位再造指成活19例,未成活2例。结论合理有效的护理措施,是游离拇指赘指移位再造指术成功的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing methods of reconstruction of vegetation to shift, in order to improve the level of treatment and nursing. Methods 21 cases of thumb reconstruction were to shift to free patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 2009 ~ 2014. After the operation of patients with conventional nursing, psychological care, pain care, complications, nursing care, and a series of nursing measures. Results The case of free thumb refers to the shift redundant reconstructed fingers survived in 19 cases, 2 cases survived without. Conclusion Reasonable and effective nursing measures, is free or refers to the shift key thumb finger reconstruction preoperatively.
