摘　　要：在"卓越计划"的背景下,分析了《现代通信网》课程传统教学模式的问题,阐述了通过校企合作进行《现代通信网》课程教学改革的措施。通过组建专兼职结合的工程化师资队伍、优化反映通信网发展现状的课程内容、遵循工程化能力培养规律的教学方法改革等一系列措施,有效缩短了学校专业课教学与企业需求之间的距离的脱节问题,使学生的工程实践能力得到大幅提高,满足"卓越计划"对通信工程师知识、能力、素质的需求。Under the background of the ＂excellence program＂, this article analyzes the problems of the traditional teaching pattern of Modern Communication Network, and expounds the teaching reform measures of this course through the cooperation between Universities and enterprises. By a series of measures including forming engineering faculty combined by professional and part-time teachers, optimizing the course content reflecting the current situation of the development of communication network, teaching method reform following the rules of engineering ability training, the gap between university specialized course teaching and enterprise requirements is effectively shortened, and the students＇ engineering practice ability is greatly improved, thus meeting the requirements of ＂excellence program＂ on the knowledge, abihty and quality of engineers.
