摘  要:建立了一种高效凝胶排阻色谱(HPSEC)法测定聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚环氧乙烷(PEO)的相对分子质量及其分布的方法。采用系列PEG和PEO相对分子质量标准物质,色谱条件为:TSKGMPWXL13uM(300mm×7.8mm)色谱柱,流动相为0.2mol/LNaNO3(含0.02%w/vNaN3),流速为1mL/min,RID检测器,柱温箱温度40℃,信号采集时间为15min。测得标称重均分子量(Mw)为2.044×10^4和标称分子量分布系数(D)为1.06的PEG质控样的Mw和D分别为2.012×10^4和1.11,相对误差分别为1.6%和4.7%,测量重复性误差分别为0.24%和1.5%,测量准确度和精密度满足一般检测实验室的要求。采用该方法可以进行PEG和PEO样品的相对分子质量和相对分子量分布进行测定,从而对评定超滤膜的截留标准物质进行质量控制。The determination method of relative molecular mass and its distribution of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) and Polyethylene Oxide (PEO) by High Performance Size Exclusion Chromatography (HPSEC) was established. The chromatographic conditions are as follows: TSK GMPWXL column, 13um, (300 mm×7.8 mm); mobile phase 0.2mol/L NaNO3 (with 0.02%w/v NAN3); flow rate lml/min; RID detector; column temperature 40℃,sampling interval is 15 min. The weight average molecular weight (Mw) and the polydispersity index (D) of the quality control sample, which with the M, 2.044×10^4 and D 1.06 ,are determined to 2.012×10^4 and 1.11. The relative errors of the them are 1.6% and 4.7%, and the repeatability errors of them are 0:24% and 1.5%, which could reach the requirement for the lab to test the relative molecular mass and distribution of the PEO and PEG samples. The method could be used to control the quality of the PEG and PEO which are used as the retention materials.
