卵胎生许氏平鮋个体生殖力与生物学指标的相关分析

摘　　要：采集生殖季节的雌性许氏平鼬8尾，解剖获得其性腺样本，确定性腺发育期为Ⅳ期到Ⅳ末。对其个体生殖力及其与生物学指标的关系进行了分析。结果表明：许氏平鼬个体绝对生殖力（F）为76116．53～175379．56粒，平均为113424．60粒；体长相对生殖力（FL）为2306．56～4982．37粒/cm，平均为3460．80粒/cm；体重相对生殖力（FW）为91．78～159．83粒/g，平均为126．00粒儋。相关分析显示，体长、体重、净重、性腺重、肝重与个体生殖力存在显著相关关系；单因子回归分析显示，与F、FL、Fw相关性显著的指标最佳拟合曲线多为二次函数；复合分析、综合分析显示：体长、体重是影响许氏平触个体生殖力的重要因素，其中体重影响更为显著。The individual fecundity of 8 female black rock fish（Sebastes schlegelii）whose ovaries at stage IV to IV at the end,and the relationship between the individual fecundity and the biological indexes were studied.The results showed that the individual absolute fecundity （F）of Sebastes schlegelii varied from 76 116.53 to 175 379.56（average 113 424.60）eggs.The individual relative fecundity of body length （FL）ranged from 2 306.56 to 4 982.37 （average 3 460.80 ）eggs/cm, and the relative fecundity of body weight （Fw）ranged from 91.78 to 159.83 （average 126.00 ）eggs/g. Correlation analysis showed that the length,weight,net weight,gonad weight and liver weight were significantly correlated with the individual fecundity ;single factor regression analysis sbowed that quadratic function could mostly show the good relationship between indicators the above mentioned and F,FL,Fw.By means of the compound analysis and the synthesized analysis,body length,body weight were important factors affect the individual fecundity of Sebastes schlegelii,including weight effect more pronounced.
