摘　　要：目的：评价膝关节后内侧入路切开复位空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的疗效.方法：2012年8月至2014年12月,采用膝关节后内侧入路切开复位空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折共10例,男7例,女3例;年龄35～63岁,平均年龄43岁.左侧6例,右侧4例.均采用膝关节后内侧入路,切开复位,空心螺钉内固定.术后定期随访,根据膝关节功能Lysholm评分评价疗效.结果：术后所有病人都都获得随访,随访平均时间9-22月.根据Lysholm评分,9例优,1例良.所有病例在术后八周都能基本恢复到正常活动度.结论：膝关节后内侧入路切开复位空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折是一种安全、有效的方法,取得良好的临床效果.Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament with posterior medial approach of knee joint. Methods：From August 2012 to December 2014, a total of 10 patients were treated witb tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament through posterior medial approach, including 7 males and 3 females, aged 35-63 years, with an average age of 43 years. Let＇t side 6 cases, right side 4 cases. The posterior medial approach, open reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screws. Regular follow-up after operation, the effect is according to Lysholm knee function score evatuation. Results： All patients were followed up, the average time of follow up was 9-22 months. According to Lysholm score. 9 cases were excellent, 1 case ,A as good. All cases recovered to normal activity after eight weeks of operation. Conclusion： Posterior medial approach of the knee joint with open reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw fixation is a safeand effective method for the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruelate ligament.
