摘　　要：目的：探讨剖宫产手术病人的心理问题及特征,提出相应的有针对的措施,以针对不同心理问题的患者采取不同的护理措施.方法：选取我院2015年1月至6月1271例剖宫产患者术前进行一般资料问卷调查,当场收回.结果：调查问卷回收率100％,剔除51份不合格问卷,问卷合格率96.68％.结论：剖宫产手术患者主要存在紧张及焦虑心理,手术护理人员及麻醉师应针对患者的紧张及焦虑心理进行干预.Objective： To explore the psychological problems ofpatients with cesarean delivery operation and characteristics,and put forward the. corresponding measures against, in according to different psychological problems of patients of different nursing measures. Methods： Select our hospital between January 2015 and June 1271 cesarean patients preoperative general information quesuonnaire, back on the spot. Results： Questionnaire recovery rate 100%, excluding 51 unqualified questionnatre, questionnaire the percent of pass is 96. 68% Conclusion： cesarean section surgery patients with tension and anxiety, there are surgical nurses and an anesthesiologist should be aimed al tension and anxiety of patients with mental intervention.
