摘　　要：目的：探讨消除脂血对临床生化检验常用指标干扰的方法.方法：收集我院的患者生化检验标本50例,对其实施高速离心法以及离子水稀释法的脂血消除处理.结果：使用高速离心法对其进行检验后,消除脂血的效果明显优于离子水稀释法,差异明显,（P＜0.05）有统计学意义.结论：在进行生化检验的过程中,实施高速离心法能够较好的实现脂血消除的效果,值得推广应用.Objective： to study the elimination of fat of blood for clinical biochemical test interference methods commonly used indicatots. Method： to collect data of biochemical test specimens of 50 cases of patients, the implementation of high speed centrifugation and blood fat eliminating processing ionized water dilution method. After using high--speed centrifuge method carries on the inspection resuh. ionized water dilution method is obviously belter than the effect of eliminating blood lipid, apparent, difference （P 〈 0.0,5） was statistically significant. Conclusion： in the process of biochemical inspecnon, implementation of high speed eentrifugation can better realize the blood fat eliminating effect, ts worthy of popularization and application.
