艾灸对原发性痛经大鼠血液流变学及子宫组织PGF_(2α)含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸治疗痛经的效果并探讨其可能机制。方法:利用缩宫素所致的大鼠痛经模型,选择治疗痛经的常用腧穴关元和三阴交对痛经大鼠模型进行艾灸或针刺治疗,测定大鼠血液流变学及子宫组织前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)含量,推测艾灸治疗痛经的机制。结果:艾灸或针刺痛经模型大鼠关元、三阴交后,均能明显降低痛经大鼠30分钟内的扭体次数和扭体发生率(与模型组比较,P<0.01),且与针刺组比较,扭体反应次数及扭体发生率均有显著差异(P<0.01);经艾灸治疗后痛经大鼠血液流变性(全血比黏度、血浆比黏度,红细胞电泳时间)、子宫组织PGF2α显著降低(与模型组比较,P<0.01),且与针刺组比较,也有显著意义(P<0.05)。艾灸后血浆比黏度、子宫组织PGF2α含量与对照组比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸可拮抗缩宫素致大鼠实验性痛经,其抗痛经作用可能与改善血液流变性、下调子宫组织中PGF2α含量有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of moxibustion therapy on dysmenorrhea in rats and the underlying mechanism. Methods： The dysmenorrhea rat models were made by oxytocin and selected the frequently-used acupoints for dysmenorrhea： Guanyuan（CV 4） and Sanyinjiao（SP6） for moxibustion or acupuncture on the dysmenorrhea rat models. Then the hemorheology and the contents of prostaglandin F2αin the rats＇ uterus tissues were measured. Results： Moxibustion ro dysmenorrhea model rats＇ Guanyuan（CV4） and Sanyinjiao（SP6） acupuncture at could significantly reduce the times and incidence of wrings within 30 minutes,compared with the model group（P〈0.01）; moxibustion was better than acupuncture group writhing（P〈0.01）. After moxibustion, the blood rheology（the whole blood viscosity ratio, plasma viscosity ratio and the erythrocytic electrophoresis time） and the levels of prostaglandin F2α were significantly decreased（compared with the model group（P〈0.01）; or with the acupuncture group（P〈0.05）. However the plasma viscosity ratio and the levels of prostaglandin F2α showed no difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Moxibustion therapy could effectively relieve oxytocin-induced pain in rats. Anti-dymenorrhea was related to improved hemorrhage and decreased prostaglandin F2α in uterus tissue.
