摘  要:目的:探讨臭氧局部注射对急性软组织损伤大鼠血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将144只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(normal group,A组)、模型组(model group,B组)、空气组(air group,C组)、低浓度组(low concentration group,D组)20μg/ml臭氧、中浓度组(middle concentration group,E组)40μg/ml臭氧和高浓度组(high concentration group,F组)60μg/ml臭氧。除正常组,其他各组均建立大鼠急性软组织损伤模型,对比观察不同浓度的臭氧治疗急性软组织损伤的情况及血清中PGE2(prostaglandin E2)、TNF-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha)和IL-6(interleukin-6)含量的变化。结果:与A组比较,自损伤开始其他五组TNF-α、IL-6和PGE2含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。与B组相比,从注射后第1天起D组和E组的TNF-α、IL-6及PGE2均显著下降,并在第14天接近A组。与B组相比,E组从注射臭氧后损伤症侯指数显著下降(P<0.05)。在治疗第14天时损伤组与其他各组的损伤症侯指数均无显著差异。结论:40μg/ml臭氧注射治疗能够明显的抑制创伤产生的无菌性炎症反应,促进损伤修复的作用。Objective: To investigate the ozone effects on cytokines of rat gastrocnemius after acute soft tissue injury. Methods: After the establishment of acute soft tissue injury model, rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group; model group; air group; low concentration group(20μg/ml ozone); middle concentration group(40μg/ml ozone); and high concentration group(60μg/ml ozone). The degree of injury in all groups and the content change of PGE2, IL-6 and TNF-α with treatment of different concentrations of ozone were observed. Results: Compared with group A, the level of PGE2, TNF-α and IL-6 increased significantly in the other five groups since tissue injury(P〈0.05). Compared with group B, PGE2, IL-6 and TNF-α in group D and group E decreased significantly, and appeared close to group A on the fourteenth day. Compared with group B, symptom index of group D and E decreased significant(P〈0.05). Compared with group B, all other groups had no significant difference on 14 th day. Conclusion: Local injection of 40μg/ml ozone can obviously inhibit the traumatic aseptic inflammation and promote the repair of tissue damage.
