摘  要:热裂纹是铸件在凝固接近结束时形成的一种常见铸造缺陷。热裂纹的出现严重地影响了铸件质量,降低了生产效率、造成了工业损失、甚至带来安全隐患。本文在分析铸件热裂纹形成机理基础上,对制定的各种热裂纹判据做了对比分析总结,阐述了铸造合金化学成分、铸造工艺参数、几何参数等因素对热裂形成的影响;详细分析了当前热裂数值模拟的实现方法,影响数值模拟精度的各种因素,如:模型简化、网格划分、力学本构模型的建立、数值计算方法及边界条件处理;论述了热裂试验研究的主要内容和实验方法。指出了今后热裂纹研究的重点与发展方向。Hot crack is formed as a common casting defect at the solidification close to end. Hot crack has seriously affected the quality of castings, reduced the production efficiency, caused the industrial loss and even bring security risks. With the development of moderm technology, it is put forward higher requirements on the quality of casting. In order to effectively avoid the defect of casting hot tearing, and Improve the quality of castings, Based on the analysis of casting hot crack formation mechanism, a comparative analysis is summarized for the hot crack criterion model formulation, the effects of casting alloy chemical composition, casting process parameters, geometric parameters on the formation of hot cracking are expounded; The numerical simulation method of hot crack is described in detail, and the various affecting factors of the accuracy of hot crack numerical simulation are analyzed, such as: model simplified, mesh divided, the constitutive model of mechanics established, the numerical calculation method and treatment of boundary conditions; The main content and experimental method on hot cracking are discussed. It is pointed out that the emphases and the development direction of the future research of hot crack.
