摘　　要：以杭州地区的不同类型的自建农居为研究对象,通过大量的访谈调研,从村民本身对于建筑形式的认知切入,运用建筑类型学和自组织理论,分别从居住观念、利益诱导、朴素审美、自发组织和政府管控等层面探讨杭州地区自建农居形式的特征及其演变过程,对其演变的动力进行分析和总结,并试图总结出此类建筑较为完整和系统的演变规律,为今后建筑师介入此类建筑的设计和建造提供借鉴。In this thesis, self-built housing in Hangzhou was chosen as the object of study, through extensive research and interviews, applying the building typology and self-organization theory in the view of villager cognition of the building form, the author wants to explore characteristics of self-built housing in aspect of living concept, interests induction, simple aesthetic, voluntary organizations and government control, and tries to summarize complete and systematic evolution of these buildings to provide reference for design and construction of such intervention in the future.
