湖北省武汉女子监狱功能布局发展趋势浅析

摘　　要：自1993年司法部对女犯实行单独关押起，各省女犯逐步从男子监狱分离出来。1999年8月湖北省正式更名第一所女犯监狱“湖北省武汉女子监狱”，2003年男犯全部调离，成为单独关押女犯的武汉女子监狱，也是湖北省唯一一座关押女犯的监狱。建立之初至今已近二十年，监狱理论界和务实工作者对其鲜有研究，其设计理念、设计标准与男犯趋于雷同。但是女子监狱作为特殊类型监狱，除了在教育改造管理上需与男子成年犯监狱存在一定差别外，在监狱建筑上也应存在一定不同之处，该文结合我省目前女子监狱的实际情况，探讨女子监狱的规划设计和建设与成年男犯监狱存在的差异，以便更好地建设女子监狱。In 1993 the Ministry of justice of the female self implemented in solitary confinement, the provinces female gradually separated from the men＇s prison. Hubei province in 1995 officially changed its name first prisons for women ＂in Hubei province Wuhan prisons for women,＂ in 2003 all transferred men prisoners in solitary confinement, become female Wuhan women＇s prison, is also the only a female prison in Hubei province. From the beginning of building and it has been nearly twenty years, the prison theory and practice workers have the little research, the design idea, design standard and prisoners tends is similar to the men prison. But the women＇s prison as a special type of prison, except in the education and reform of man adult prison, existed certain difference, also existed certain differences in the prison building, this paper will combine Hubei province women＇s prison at present the actual situation, discuss the differences between design and construction planning of the men and women＇s prison, in order to better the construction of women＇s prison.
