摘  要:高校学生跨文化能力培训是高校跨文化教育的重要表现形式,是一个长期的、系统的、循序渐进的过程。构建高校学生跨文化培训体系应重视中华民族文化的深入学习与反思,充分运用本土跨文化相关学术思想与理论,从根本上加强文化自信,真正提高文化自觉意识。同时兼顾外语语言应用能力的提升及外国社会文化因素的习得。通过对多种实践方式方法的有机整合,实现高校学生跨文化培训的良性、可持续发展,为我国社会主义现代化发展培养具有国际视野和专业能力的高素质复合型人才。Cultivating college students' intercultural competence is a significant form of cross-cultural education in higher education institutions, which is characterized as being long-term, systematic and sequential. To construct the intercultural training system for college students, great importance should be attached to learning and reflecting on Chinese traditional culture, and fully utilizing locai academic thoughts and theories about cross-cultural communication, so as to enhance cultural confidence and develop cultural awareness. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to the enhancement of foreign language ability and the acquisition of socio-cultural elements in foreign countries. Only by integrating various methods of practice, can we achieve the goal of sustainable development of the intercultural training for college student, and Cultivate talents with international vision and specialized knowledge who will contribute to our country's socialist modernization.
