摘  要:研究了磷酸二氢钾在新型旋流流化床中的结晶过程,分别考察了过饱和度和铁离子浓度对磷酸二氢钾结晶速率及晶体形态的影响。研究结果表明:过饱和度的增加可提高晶体的结晶速率,增大晶体平均粒径;随着铁离子浓度的增大,结晶速率明显下降,且结晶料液中含有铁离子时,晶体形态有显著变化,由棱柱状变为针状。The crystallization process of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) are studied in the new swirl fluidized bed. The different effects on the crystallization rate and the morphology of the crystal caused by degree of supersaturation and iron ion concentration are also investigated respectively. The results indicate that the rising of degree of supersaturation can increase the crystallization rate of a crystal and the average size. While the rising of iron ion concentration can decrease the crystallization rate of KDP rapidly. Besides, significant change of the crystal morphology would occur that the prism is turned into acicula with iron ions in the solution.
