摘　　要：针对湿法磷酸浓缩含氟尾气吸收过程中循环泵、管道经常穿孔,喷头容易堵塞,氟吸收率较低等问题,对氟吸收循环泵、上下液管、喷头等进行改造。改造后,实现了自动出酸,氟吸收率提高至90%,氟硅酸产量由8.4 kt/a提升至14.4 kt/a,保证了生产的稳定运行。Based on the problems existing in fluorine absorption system in wet-process phosphoric acid concentration including perforation of circulating pump and pipelines, frequently blocking of blow heads, low absorption efficiency of fluorine, the transformations of circulating pump, pipelines, blow heads are taken. After transformation, fluosilicic acid is pumped automatically, absorption efficiency of fluorine is increased to 90%, the yield of fluosilicic acid is increased from 8.4 kt/a to 14.4 kt/a, the stable operation is ensured.
