摘　　要：通过高压反应釜模拟试验,结合失重法、原子力显微镜,考察了多元胺锅炉给水处理剂在15 MPa、342℃条件下对20号钢的保护效果;利用极化曲线和电化学阻抗,研究了多元胺化合物在25℃的50mg/L Cl^-+50mg/L SO_4^(2-)溶液中对20号钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,多元胺化合物对耐热钢具有良好的保护作用,能有效抑制腐蚀电化学阳极过程。电厂现场试验表明,多元胺还具有良好的湿法停用保护性能,是传统锅炉给水处理方案的理想替代技术。Polyamine is a new feedwater additive in steam generators. The protection effect of a kind of polyamine compound for 20# steel under a stimulated condition of 15 MPa and 342 ℃ was investigated. Its corrosion inhibition for 20# steel was studied by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 50 mg/L Cl＋ 50 mg/L SO42 solution. The results show that the polyamine compound resulted in a positive shift of the corrosion potential and depressed the anodic corrosion reaction.It had the best inhibition effect at the addition of 15 mg/L. The spot test in a power plant verified that it had good wet shutdown protection ability. It is an alternative option for the hydrazine feedwater additives.
