摘  要:通过通电腐蚀试验测失重的方法,对不同电解参数(电流密度,电解液温度,HNO_3含量,Cr^(6+)含量)对高硅铸铁试样腐蚀率的影响进行了研究,并采用灰关联分析的方法,得到了不同电解参数对高硅铸铁试样腐蚀率的关联度。结果表明,电流密度、电解液温度是影响高硅铸铁阳极板腐蚀率的主要因素,而HNO_3含量和Cr^(6+)含量对高硅铸铁阳极板腐蚀率的影响较小,所以在高硅铸铁阳极板的正常工作中,电流密度,电解液温度应当成为主要的控制因素。The effect of different electrolytic parameters (current density, temperature of electrolyte, nitric acid concentration, Cr6+ concentration) on the corrosion rate of high silicon cast iron was studied by the method of weight loss in the process of electrolytic corrosion, and the gray correlation analysis was used to rank the correlation extent of affecting factors on the corrosion rate of high silicon cast iron samples. The results showed that the current density and the temperature of electrolyte had the major effect on the corrosion rate of high silicon cast iron samples, and nitric acid concentration, Cr6+ concentration affected less. So the current density and the temperature of electrolyte should become the primary limited factor in the daily operation of high silicon cast iron anode plates.
