摘  要:自制微量脉冲进样器,利用其控制进样时间来采集样品的方式,在火焰原子吸收仪上采用标准加入法完成镍基体溶液中微量铜的测定。此方法具备分析速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、准确度高、样品消耗量少、操作简便、测量结果满意等特点。本实验探讨了脉冲进样时间、积分时间、燃气流量、燃烧器高度等影响因素。方法加标回收率在90.3%~108.0%,相对标准偏差在4.25%~10.70%之间,通过大批量对照实验发现,此方法与传统的萃取分离-目视比色方法吻合较好,误差符合现行误差标准要求。Mading pulse sampler by ourselves, using time controlling collect the samples. Atomic absorption spectrometry with standard addition method was used to determine the trace Cu in nickel substrate materials. The proposed method was featured by fast speed, high sensitivity, wide linear range, high accuracy, small amount of samples required, easy operation and satisfactory results. This paper discussed pulse sampling time, integration time, gas velocity, burner height. the recoveries of the method is 90.3%~108.0%. Relative standard deviation(RSD, n=11) is 2.64%~9.22 %. Control experiment found that this method and conventional extraction techniquespectrophotometric analysis agreed well in large quantities. Error meets the requirements of current error criteria.
