摘　　要：520*2120mm5083合金铸锭在轧制过程中外观形貌与金属压入不同出现大量的外观废品,并且缺陷具有独立性。通过对缺陷进行宏观、微观分析从而确定共产生原因。In the process of rolling 520＊2120mm5083aluminum alloy ingots, appearance and metal press-into are different, which leads to a large number of scraps. Besides, the defects are independent. Macro and micro analysis is carried out to determine the cause of defects.
