摘  要:针对导引养生理论认知中"娱人致趣"原理缺失的现实问题,采用文献、访谈与观摩法,从整体论哲学视角探究该运动项目的致趣要素。认为作为起源时最初规则与规律的"体畅、神愉"一直是导引养生发展的核心致趣要素。导引养生起源于偶然伸拉产生的"肢体快适",又因"心理快适"而发展壮大,并产生"永恒的新颖与新奇",成为娱人致趣的根源,同时对现代教学中如何有效利用这一原理,提出注重功理与作用讲授及加强桩功练习等相关建议。From the realistic situation of lacking interest in the cognition of Life Regimen theory,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview and observation to explore the factors of arousing interest from the philosophical view of holism. We thought that the original rules and regulations of "being physically sound and mentally happy "have alw ays been the key factors to arouse the interest in the development of life regimen. Life regimen originated from the "physical comfort"of accidental stretching of body,and developed for "mental comfort",which then produced "everlasting freshness and amazement". Thus it became the source of arousing interest to amuse people. Meanw hile,this paper efficiently used arousing interest in teaching and training and put forward some relevant suggestions of laying emphasis on principles,function explanation and strengthening pile work practice.
