桂西北岩溶地区野果资源调查及开发利用

摘　　要：在多年工作的基础上,通过野外生态调查、查阅文献资料、个别访谈等方法,对桂西北岩溶地区野果资源植物的种类、种群数量、属种组成、保护现状及利用价值等相关问题进行调查研究,整理得到该地区野果资源植物共计37科65属104种(含亚种和变种)。调查发现,除了食用价值外,大部分野果均具有一定的药用价值或保健价值,部分植物具有园艺价值或其他经济利用价值。结合桂西北天然绿色食品(健康长寿养生食品)开发,笔者对桂西北野果资源保护及开发利用问题提出了若干建议和措施。Based on the accumulation of works for many years, the investigation of wild fruit resources which include the species, population, genus and species composition, protection status, utilization value and some relat- ed questions are conducted with the methods of ecological field survey, literature retrieval, and individual inter- views. There were 104 species wild fruit plants, including subspecies and varieties in the karst area of northwest Guangxi, which belong to 65 genera and 37 families respectively. It is also found that except for edible value, most of the wild fruits have some medicinal value or health value, and that some of them have horticulture value and eco- nomic utilization value. Combined with the development of natural green food （ longevity health food）, some sug- gestions and countermeasures about the protection and exploitation of wild fruit resources in the region are put for- ward by the authors.
