喜树苗期高效栽培关键技术研究

摘  要:以广西13个地点的45个喜树单株及当年生播种苗和留床苗为试材,研究不同单株喜树碱含量差异及密度、施肥、截干对喜树叶片生物量和喜树碱含量的影响,总结喜树苗期高效栽培的几项关键技术。结果表明:不同喜树单株的喜树碱含量有显著差异,在广西应选用德保1、西林3、金秀1、兴安1、德保2等喜树碱含量高的优良单株的材料进行繁殖;不同密度和施肥对当年生苗叶片的生物量和喜树碱含量有显著影响,当年生苗高效栽培以50株/m^2+施等比例NPK约30 g/m^2为宜;留床苗不同截干高度与密度组合的叶片生长量有显著差异,留床苗高效栽培以33株/m^2+20-25 cm处截干为好。Taking 45 sown seedlings and annual stubble seedlings of Camptotheca acuminate Decne in 13 locations as samples, the paper analyzes the contrast of camptothecin content and the affecting factors. The author summed up the highly effective cultivation technique of Camptotheca acuminate Decne by considering of influence of individual, density, fertilizing and stem -cutting on leaves biomass and camptothecin content. The results indicate that there is significant difference among camptothecin content of different individual plants. The improved varieties which were used as breeding materials from individual Debaol, Xilin3, Jinxiul, Xing' anl and Debao2 possess high camptothecin content ; Different density and fertilizer have significant impact on biomass of camptothecin leaves and camptothecin content in one year seedlings, the reasonable density of one year seedling was 50/m2, applying fertilizer 30 g/m^2 by the proportion of 1 N1PIK; There are significant difference between leave growth of stubble seedlings in different stem - cutting height and density combination, 33/m^2 density was chosen and stubble seed- lings with 20 -25 cm height stem were stumped as a highly effective cultivation technique.
