摘 要:基于TTRS和VGC理论,对七类基本功能表面和要素之间变动几何约束进行划分,将已有的互参考变动几何约束的数目从27类拓展到29类,定义基本表面配合类型,划分23类装配变动几何约束,建立三类变动几何约束与其可标注的公差类型的对应关系,构建装配体公差网络。最后给出了实例验证,结果表明,装配体各个零件应标注的公差类型都能从构建的公差网络中获得。Based on TTRS and VGC theories, geometric constraints between the features and seven types of basic function surfaces was divided ; the number of cross - referenced geometric constraints was expanded from 27 types to 29 types; 23 types assembly geometric constraints were divided after defining basic surface mate types; cor- responding relationship between the variation geometric constraints and the tolerance types was built up, and then assembly tolerance network was constructed. An example is put forward to validate the proposed method, and the result shows that the tolerance types of each part of the assembly which should be tagged in the drawing can be ob-tained from the tolerance network.
