摘　　要：在日本历史上,继第一个"正规"的政治都市藤原京之后,8世纪初,朝廷又将宫都迁至奈良盆地东北端,并以此为中心,伴随这个首屈的"舞台装置"的新构架,以及都市空间、时间的制度化和不断完善,进一步推动了律令制国家的建设。In the history of Japan,following the first normal political city Fujiwarakyo,the Imperial capital was moved to the Northesat area of Nara Basin at the beginning of the eighth century A.D.Accompanied by the structuring of the new leading political arena,as well as the institutionalization and improvement of the urban space and time,the construction of the Ritsuryo System country was proved further.
