摘  要:针对现阶段飞行器CFD有限元分析前处理阶段使用单一软件存在的建模过程复杂、网格质量难以控制等问题,结合UG、Hypermesh和Fluent软件各自的优势,提出利用UG建立模型、使用Hypermesh生成网格作为Fluent前处理的综合分析方法。介绍了UG、Hypermesh、Fluent软件特点及优势,分析了综合分析流程及软件间数据衔接方法。针对飞行器边界层问题重点研究了Hypermesh带边界层飞行器网格的生成方法,以自由飞行导弹为例对综合分析方法进行了验证。实例验证表明,综合分析方法可行,可以充分发挥各个软件的优势,大大提高有限元分析的效率。For the problems that exist in pretreatment in finite element analysis using single software such as complex modeling process and difficulty to control meshing quality at present,and based on respective advanages of UG,Hypermesh and Fluent,a comprehensive analysis method of modeling by UG and meshing by Hypermesh as the pretreatment for fluent is introduced.Features and advantages of UG, Hypermesh and Fluent are introduced and comprehensive analysis process and data connection method between softwares are analyzed.For the issue of aircraft boundary layer,the study is focuesd on the meshing method of aircraft with boundary layers in hypermesh,and the comprehensive analysis method is verified through an example of a missile in free flight.The example shows that the method is feasible and can take full advantage of various softwares,and greatly improve the efficiency of the finite element analysis.
