摘  要:以微污染河流贾鲁河(郑州段)冬季河水为试验用水,采用微生物传统培养法,通过富集、分离、纯化等步骤成功筛选出了5株脱氮菌,并对这5株脱氮菌进行了菌种鉴定。结果表明:5株脱氮菌具有良好的脱氮性能,最高氨氮去除率达91.5%;通过对5株脱氮菌进行16SrDNA测序及序列比对,结果显示该5株脱氮菌含有假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas)和门多萨假单胞菌(Pseudomonas mendocina),其中假单胞杆菌在已有的研究中被证实属于异养硝化菌,门多萨假单胞菌可以利用硝酸盐并释放气体,该菌种具有反硝化作用。By using winter water from the micro-polluted river-Jialu River (Zhengzhou Section) as the tested water,and adopting the traditional microorganism culturing method,this study isolates and identifies five strains of denitrified bacterial from the tested water after the processes of enrichment, separation and depu- ration. The results show that the five strains have good denitrification performance with the highest remov- al rate of ammonia nitrogen being 91.5%. The 16S rDNA sequencing and sequence comparison reveals that the five denitrified bacterial strains contain Pseudomonas and Pseudomonas mendocina. The former one is proved to belong to the heterotrophic nitrification bacteria in previous researches, and the latter one could use nitrate to release the gas and has the function of denitrification.
