摘 要:建筑施工行业是安全事故发生率最高的行业之一。建设施工项目风险具有连带性、叠加性,各种风险之间经常发生耦合,使得其风险加大。基于建设项目施工风险耦合机理,利用相互作用矩阵,在充分考虑人、物、环境、管理风险耦合的情况下,对建设项目施工安全进行评价。结果表明:使用该评价方法将有助于综合衡量各种耦合风险因素的影响程度,综合反映建设工程施工项目的安全等级,进而有效地预防建设施工事故的发生,可为施工项目安全性评价提供一种新的计算方法和理论依据。Construction industry is one of the highest risk industries concerning accident rates. Construction project risks are related and superposed,and various risks are often coupled,which leads to increasing the risk of the con- struction project. On the basis of the coupling risk mechanism of construction projects, this paper applies an inter- action matrix method to conducting the safety assessment of construction projects, taking the risk of people, ob- jects,environment and management coupled into consideration. The results show that this assessment method can help to comprehensively evaluate the impact degree of each risk factor, reflect the safety level of construction pro- jects, and further effectively prevent the occurrence of construction accidents, which provides a new calculation method and theoretical basis for construction project safety assessment.
