摘 要:为了使LD驱动电源在一个较为复杂的电磁环境中不受电磁干扰的影响而正常工作,同时本身又不对其他设备产生电磁干扰,故对LD驱动电源的单元电路进行了电磁兼容的研究。主要对恒电流驱动单元电路的稳定性问题进行了研究,采用了补偿技术,并应用PSPICE进行仿真实验,较好的确保了电路的稳定性。模拟了掺杂在输入信号中干扰信号对电路输出结果的干扰,并且在电路中设计加入了低通滤波器,使输出纹波的变化范围由12 m V(p-p)变成0.3 m V(p-p),可以有效地减少输入信号中干扰信号对输出结果的影响。In order to make the LD driver work normally in a more complex electromagnetic environment and not affected by electromagnetic interference, at the same time it does not generate electromagnetic interference with other equipment, the unit circuits of LD driving power supply are studied on electromagnetic compatibility. Main problems of the stability of the constant current drive unit circuit are studied. This paper uses PSPICE to simulate the experiment and the compensation technology is adopted. This ensures that the circuit has the good stability. This paper simulates the doping interfering signal in the input signal to the output circuit interference and the low-pass filter is added in the circuit, which makes the output ripple range from 12 mV (p-p) to 0.3 mV (p-p), and it can effectively reduce the effect of the interference signal in the input signal to the output results.
