摘　　要：基于信息技术被应用到体育比赛中,文中对体育用电子计分器进行设计制作与研究达到提高体育比赛公平性与公正性的目的。采用设计研究与定性分析的方法,通过系统调试试验和电路试验,得出了运用数码管、译码电路的方法来设计体育电子记分器对比赛的公正裁判起到至关重要的作用,说明该设计的合理性,值得推广和使用。Based on the information technology is applied to the sports competition, this article on sports with electronic scoring device for production and research design to improve the fairness and justice of sports competition purposes. By using the method of qualitative research and analysis, design, through the test and debug system and circuit experiment, obtained by using the method of digital tube, the decoding circuit to design a fair judgment sports electronic scoreboard for the game to play a crucial role, illustrates the rationality of the design, and is worthy of promotion and use.
