摘　　要：中小型文化纸机,因其配置水平低,造成其产品质量低、生产效率低,生存空间越来越小。为继续发挥中小纸机的作用,本文借鉴大型文化纸机的技术和经验,从加强清洁生产、加强制浆造纸的过程控制和优化造纸化学品的应用等方面介绍了提高产品质量和生产效率以充分利用中小纸机的价值。With implementation of the increasingly strict environmental protection policies in China, effectively improving product quality is the only choice of the small and medium-sized culture paper machines to avoid the elimination fate. Small and medium culture paper machines should learn the technology and experiences from the large culture paper machines. Through strengthening the cleaner production the process, controlling and optimizing the use of paper making chemicals, the product quality could be improved continuously, so as to cre- ate the survival conditions for the small and medium-sized culture paper machines.
